Paula is going to college… and she is excited. No longer does she have to be under her parents' thumb. She will attend her first year with her best friends Selena and Jessie; one of them will be her roommate. She’s looking towards taking on the classes she wants. And she can’t wait to mingle with more new friends. But, Paula has a problem. It’s a man. A man she barely knows; a man she didn’t ask for. A man who wants her, who needs her. And would stop at nothing to get what he wants. Paula, so trusting, so sheltered, will soon learn that the world isn’t always as open and empathetic as it should be. She will face betrayal, apathy, isolation, and worse… The only three things she has going for her are her wit, hope, and perseverance. |

Paula
She is a goody two-shoe girl, sheltered all of her life. Going to college is her first time being without her parents. Although she is excited to be out on her own, she is yet to learn that not everyone has good intentions. She is pursued by Eros, her love sick admirer. Paula mistaken Eros for a kind person, only to be victimized by him. He is her nightmare she can't escape. Paula can only rely on her friend Jessie and her wit to survive her first year in college. |

Eros
He is a loner, in search of his love that will make him complete. He has seen Paula before and grew enamored with her. She is the one. Eros gave her presents, love messages, phone calls, and even a piece of his love. But, he just doesn't understand why Paula will not give into his affection. Eros will make her his, by any means necessary. He will threaten, follow, and even murder for the object of his affection. |

Selena
She is Paula's friend since Elementary school. She used to do everything with her. But now that she is in college, it's time for new friends. To Selena, Paula is a wimp, too scared to have some fun. One would usually see Selena at the college parties, living her best life...and getting wasted. |

Jessie
She is Paula's other, most trusted friend. She, too, has been Paula's friend since Elementary school. She is reliable, and does everything to make sure Paula is okay. Jessie thought she can protect her from everything. But, can she protect Paula from Eros? |
